A. RewardQ is a reward platform where you can participate in weekly draws and receive prizes using entry tickets earned through ad viewing and mission participation.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of entries?

A. No, you can participate without limits. The more tickets you collect and use, the higher your chances of winning.

2. Fairness & Reliability

Q. Are the draw results really fair?

A. Yes, RewardQ prioritizes transparency. To prove fair results without manipulation, we disclose all entry data (Tuesday) and winning data (Monday) for anyone to verify.

Q. How are winners selected?

A. Based on the closed entry data, winners are determined weekly through bonus balls drawn from US Powerball (3 times), Mega Millions (2 times), and Korea Lotto (1 time). Each winning number can be verified through the official lottery results.

3. Winning & Reward Payout

Q. When are the draw results announced?

A. The draw is confirmed every Sunday (KST) when the Powerball result is determined, and winners are notified via app notifications. The full winning history is typically updated every Monday.

Q. How do I receive my prize?

A. Prizes can be checked within the app. Small amounts can be exchanged for tickets or requested for transfer in increments of 1,000 KRW above a certain threshold. For large prizes above 50,000 KRW, you can apply for payout with information for tax reporting, and receive the full amount excluding taxes within 5 business days.

Q. I entered but can't see my history.

A. Entry history is reflected in real-time, but it may take up to 5 minutes depending on the network. If it is not confirmed after 10 minutes, please leave a [1:1 Inquiry].

Q. Do entry tickets have an expiration date?

A. There is no expiration limit for accumulated entry tickets. However, rewards may expire if not claimed within 3 years. We will send notifications before expiration.
